A prized request is a request that carries a reward. When creating a request for feedback, the requestor may allocate an amount of money to it, which will ultimately be distributed among the best honswers

The characteristics of a prized requests are:

The minimum value of an award. When an honswer is awarded part of the prize, the amount cannot be lower than that.
The minimum number of prizes that will eventually be distributed. Provided the number of identified honswers (honswers provided by users who don't log in are not entitled to awards) is above this number, this is the minimum number of honswers that will eventually be allocated part of the prize.
The award's final distribution date is the date at which the remainder of the prize amount (what's left after manual distribution by the requestor) is automatically distributed among the honswers, based on their average rating.
