Authentication emails
When you reset your password or update your email, Honswer will send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive those and have taken all steps described in Common solutions, you may have indicated an invalid email in the corresponding forms.
If not, please open a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Notifications
If you don't receive notifications for your activity:
- Open your settings
- Check that the email registered under Account is correct
- In the Notifications section, make sure that a frequency has been set and select the categories of notifications you wish to receive notifications about.
