I am unable to reset my password

If you have requested a password but don't receive any e-mail from Honswer, please check FAQ-I am not receiving emails.

If you do receive the password reset e-mail from Honswer but nothing happens when you click on "Reset here", it might be because your e-mail provider has disabled links in this e-mail. If so, look for the option to "mark this message as NOT spam". The link should now be working.

If not, please submit a ticket.
